The Olala professional crepe pan has a low, flat profile and shallow, sloping sides so a spatula slides right under the food and finished items release and turn without tearing.
The aluminium body heats evenly for consistent colour edge to edge, and the non-stick cooking surface keeps batter from catching so each piece comes off clean. It is available in five sizes from 22 to 30 cm and fitted with a stainless steel handle. These pans are not induction compatible.
