When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, message, and - if you choose to share them - your company name, phone number and enquiry type. This information is stored on our own server and used solely to answer your enquiry and manage the business relationship that may follow.

Like most websites, we also collect basic usage information: pages visited and technical data such as browser type. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site, and our own first-party measurement of page visits. This data is used in aggregate to improve the website and is not used to identify you personally.

If you contact us via the WhatsApp buttons on this site, your conversation is handled through WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Emails sent to info@olalachef.com are handled by our email provider and read only by our team.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, after which they are deleted. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request access, correction or deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@olalachef.com and we will respond within the period required by law. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
